SERT combines supportive bodywork with guided dialogue to help release stored emotional tension from the body. In a session, you’ll lie comfortably on the table while receiving light, therapeutic touch and engaging in talk therapy. Together, you and the practitioner explore where these blockages may be held in your body. The result is a grounded, safe and empowering experience that can create more ease, clarity and emotional resilience.
