Jillian is a licensed acupuncturist and trauma-informed practitioner with a long-standing commitment to healing work. She studied Classical Chinese Medicine with the primary goal in providing deep support for each patient. Before entering Chinese medicine, she spent years supporting animals, adults, and children recovering from trauma. An experience that continues to shape her gentle, patient-centered approach.
Jillian treats each individual as their own unique self and utilizes previous skills acquired to obtain the most effective method of healing for them. With respect, she honors different cultures of healing...utilizing Acupuncture and remedies from Chinese Medicine while incorporating her experience living with Peruvian Shamans as well as apprenticing with elder professionals in the U.S.
Jillian treats a wide range of conditions. Her work supports both emotional and physical concerns, including stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, acute and old injuries, PTSD, post-stroke treatment, headaches, digestive imbalances, hormonal and sleep issues, fatigue, neurological imbalance, and tension held in the body. Using acupuncture and supportive bodywork, she helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce pain and inflammation, and restore balance throughout the body. Whether someone is seeking relief from a specific condition or overall support for their health and wellbeing, Jillian's treatments are tailored to meet each individual where they are.
Koa Ivy Mulee
Koa is a senior adopted pup who accompanies Jillian at the Hendersonville location. Koa has served in clinics and at a domestic violence shelter, playing with adults and children of all ages and abilities while keeping them company. She is an excellent co-regulator and loves being around people. This picture was taken post-Hurricane Helene, where Koa and Jillian went around the town of Swannanoa to volunteer serving food and essential items while Koa gave free hugs, kisses and snuggles.
